skyknight
I have problem with domain name order. On MANAGE ORDERS page, we will find Send to Registrar and Send Confirmation Email. If those items were ticked, system will automatic send request to registar to register domain name. And when i Add Payment, system will send renewal to registar. SO i got 2 years domain registration. How can i prevent this?

nitro
I've been caught out by this one too and accidentally double processed an order. I guess would be safer if the boxes were unticked by default... or if there were a configuration option allowing us to choose default status of such processing / emailing checkboxes. Or better - it would be nice if WHMCS were able to track whether a registration has been submitted / processed already and could be smart enough to not double submit a registration / renewal to the domain wholesaler.

othellotech
Ideally the "send to registrar" option on accepting the order should be "greyed out" and deselected if the client has already paid and WHMCS already submitted it - someone want to suggest it to WHMCS ?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 9, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 9, 2008 It shouldn't be ticked if the domain is active. I'll check on that. Matt
