Hi there,

As you should know WHMCS offers the ability to the customer to upgrade or downgrade configurable options

Configurable Options Tick this box to allow Upgrading/Downgrading of configurable options

I would like to know if there is any possibility to use the features We have implemented a service where a customer has the ability to upgrade or downgrade the product/service
