Greetings to all .. I appreciate your help please

We have been with the Hivelocity module configured and functional for several months without any problem together with the pricing tool

Today we noticed that it stopped working ...

We do not make changes. we have not updated the version of whmcs yet (we use 8.2.1) we do not carry out any action that will cause the module to stop ...

The error it shows is

Server Conection Error

Can someone please give us insight on how to solve it?

Thanks

I am having problems setting up the Hivelocity bare metal provisioning module for the first time. I am using WHMCS version 8.2.1 as well. I see on the MarketPlace page the compatibility only goes up to v8.1. Could that be the problem? The instructions don't seem terribly difficult.

@maurox5Did you ever have any luck?

Finally I stopped using that module and changed provider ... I wrote to the support area about that failure and they answered me after 7 days and I had already changed ...

It just stopped working ... for no apparent reason
