Tax doesn't apply after upgrading WHMCS from 8.2 to 8.2.1

Hello Team,

I hope you are doing well,

I have an issue guys, after upgrading from 8.2 to 8.2.1, the tax in view cart shows 0 (please see screenshot 1), and i have debug the page and i see that the value is WHMCS\View\Formatter\Price Object (0) for the variable$taxtotal .

For information, i have setup the tax configuration, also rules.
