debit order issues

Hi Guys

Please inform what to do.

we are having a problem with our debit order customers that have domains renewals being diducted yearly,

the debit order will go off on 24/08/2021 @ 1:00am when this happens the domain would then be registered already for 1 year meaning money from us as a company gets taken to register that domain.

then at 24/08/2021 @1:04am another transaction comes through showing that the debit order bounced failed unsuccessful and when this happens it doesnt reverse the domain transaction aswell it will now show that the domain have been registered sucessfully for a year.

next what happens ,if you leave that customer on debit order and we try and take the money the following day and the same thing happens meaning no funds in customer bank account it will then register the domain for another year.

is there any way of this not happening.

Is there anyway that the system cannot wait until the debit order have succussfully been processed into our netcash /fnb bank account before it gets marked as paid and being renewed for a year.

this is happening with our hosting packages aswell where the due date doesnt get reversed /back dated when it is a unsuccessful debit order.

please help
