Client Product Username and Password Not Showing In Product Details In Client Area

I can't believe I couldn't find not one post about this.    I'm using 8.2.1 and whenever a client opens his Active Service they can not see their service username and password.   The fields are there but he data is not.  

I've attached a screenshot to show what I mean.    Can anyone tell me how to make these items appear?
