fbarajas
Hi! Let me try to explain this, since my main language isn't English. Suppose that some customer buys today a domain (worth, for example, $15 USD) and a yearly shared hosting package worth $20 USD). Using WHMCS, he gets an invoice for $35.00 USD. Then, imagine that on January '22, the prices goes up: now a domain is worth $20.00 USD and the hosting is worth $30 USD, and I upgrade the prices on WHMS. So then, the NEW invoice on August 22, should be for 50.00 USD. My problem is that, on yearly renewals, WHMCS keeps using the old ($35.00 USD) price instead of creating the new invoce with the new prices. Is there anywhere I can modify this so that the new invoices use the new price? Thanks!
web2008
It`s the Recuring Amount on the Product/Services in the Client Profile which determines what comes on the invoice. The same goes for domains.
