Neil Hennigan Posted January 2, 2008 Share Posted January 2, 2008 Hey All; Custom login integration code works fine, but I need it to direct people straight over to a new support ticket upon login (step=2&deptid=004, for example). I can get it to bring people to submitticket.php, but past that no luck... just gets me a broken white page (like Adwords conversion tracking! Bah!) and it *must* go straight to a new support ticket to fill out/open. Any thoughts, or is it just not possible for some reason? Neil Hennigan Posted January 3, 2008 Author Share Posted January 3, 2008 For the heck of it I checked to see what happens with "registered users only" ticked, and even that option forces direct ticket open links to land on the main submitticket page.
