OX App Suite Open Exchange

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have sold several emails using ox app suite.  Today outbound mail just stopped, for me and my clients. There is no one to talk to about this. Is anyone else having a problem? I already have a client ready to cancel his subscription to ox app suite, not because there is an issue but because I have no answers and support is zero. Open-Exchange emails get kicked back autoresponder because I have no user or license number in there ridiculous ticket system.

All domain's receive emails via webmail and or any email client. They will not send though. IMAP is working, I can mark something read then not read and it will relay/update  all clients.

Here is the error for every domain weather webmail or email client

Message could not be sent to the following recipients: ["crsmobile1@yahoo.com" <crsmobile1@yahoo.com>] (451 - 451 4.7.1 Service unavailable - try again later)

I am using MX records:

mx001.cloudus.rs.oxcs.net

mx002.cloudus.rs.oxcs.net

mx003.cloudus.rs.oxcs.net

mx004.cloudus.rs.oxcs.net

This just started today after several months of no issues.

Anyway hopefully this is a start. If not working by tomorrow, I am going to lose this email hosting. The kicker is he is a client, I will have to migrate him somewhere else for free.

Thanks.
