Every time someone searches for a premium domain, it finds it as available for registration and WHMCS is letting the customer order as a regular domain, at the regular price for that TLD. Obviously, we get an error that the domain couldn't be registered, but the client is waiting for the domain and some of them are getting frustrated accusing us for losing those domains.
