Tech Entrance Posted January 2, 2008 Share Posted January 2, 2008 I tried to move a kb article from a category to another by opening the predefined reply and selecting the new category from the slide menu and click "Save changes" but it keeps it in the old category. I think it should change category like it changes title and content ?
