easy-hosting Posted June 22, 2021 Share Posted June 22, 2021 We had a client (also into IT - Web Development) advise us that when he tries to order new hosting it won't let him get past the product selection page. It is just reloading the page. We tested it out on one of our own accounts and confirmed that it just reloads the page. Even the drop down menu for selection other product ranges or to view cart does the same thing. In the logs for our site it is showing a 302 redirect. We tried re-applying the Friendly Rewrite rules (and changing them to Basic etc.) and it still does it. We tried multiple browsers. Tried changing the theme and cart type. Tried changing to PHP 7.4. Manually changing the URL to /cpanel-hosting and then trying to select a product just changes it back to /plesk-hosting. Any ideas on what could be causing this would be greatly appreciated.
