WHMCS Technical Analyst II WHMCS SamP Posted June 8, 2021 WHMCS Technical Analyst II Share Posted June 8, 2021 Hello @Tricey A Data not accepted message is a rejection from the SMTP server that would warrant further investigation by your SysAdmin. Most commonly this happens when the sending "from" (SMTP user) address is not authorised. You may consider following our troubleshooting steps in our Documentation that will output some additional debugging data: https://docs.whmcs.com/Email_Sending_Issues#Troubleshooting_2 Perhaps this will give you enough information on how to properly adjust the SMTP server to accept the mailings. The quickest method, however, is likely reviewing the SMTP logs to see why it is rejecting the connection.
Tricey
@WHMCS SamP I contact the Microsoft Support and they sayed that is not a problem from Microsoft. They looked over my Settings in the Admin Panel from O365 and there looks all good.
