Rate Limiting Support Tickets

Hi, we have been confronted with a lot of contact form spam recently (up to one message every three minutes or so), which mostly originate from just a handful of different IP addresses. Now, especially when this happens overnight, it sometimes takes us quite some time to block those IPs manually and a whole lot of ticket confirmation messages will already have been sent out by that point, which may cause us to get flagged by spam filters on other servers and lead to trouble delivering our legitimate messages. So I was wondering if there was any way to automatically block an IP address if they open too many support tickets. Does that exist within WHMCS or possibly as an addon? Thanks!
