Hosting email not sending

Hi,

I am Tom and we are just starting our hosting business. Please, I need help with a few things.

1. How do we auto accept/confirm orders and send the client the necessary hosting details?

2. We got this error message "Module Create Failed - Service ID: 4 - Error: No user name supplied: "username" is a required argument." whenever we try to manually confirm order

3. Confirmed order doesn't send hosting details to client.
