matty005 Posted August 17, 2006 Share Posted August 17, 2006 Well it was ok when i had WHMCS 2.4. Today i found out 2.5 was released, so i upgraded to that. Now, i have a free account product. Whenever someone signs up, that order goes into the "pending accounts" thing, even if it is active. It is automatic, which means the account is made straight away, so what reason does it have to go into pending??? Is this supposed to happen? The actual hosting account will be setup automatically if thats what you've chosen to happen but the actual order will be left as pending so you can still see the order is new and review it when you next login. If you are happy to let the free account remain, you can activate the order thus clearing it from the pending orders or alternatively you could set it to cancelled and suspend the account.
