Problem with reoccuring billing choices

Hi,

 

With my ordering system, you start off with a basic package (that is valued at 0), and then the configurable options would add to the final amount. I have some problems though:

 

Firstly:

- I am using the cart order template.

- I have edited the product information and I have checked the 'Customers will be billed regularly for this item' option, however I have left the values at 0 due to my configuration options.

 

I only want to offer the option of monthly billing, however, when the order proceeds past the domain selection phase, the Billing Option selection box is empty.

 

Therefore, when a client places an order, when viewing the information via the admin page, it shows that the Billing Cycle is 'Free'.

 

I have tried to edit the files in /templates/orderforms/cart but to no avail.

 

Does anyone have a quick solution for this?
