anderson.osn Posted February 18, 2021 Share Posted February 18, 2021 Hello, In the WHMCS client area it shows all the user's recent tickets in the standard panel "Recent Support Tickets". Would it be possible to help create a hook that changes this, so that only active tickets appear? That is, tickets with status "Closed" do not appear in the panel of the home clientearea?
