Client cannot log in to cPanel

Hello,

One of our clients cannot log in to his cPanel.  Here is a message from him, in a support ticket that he had started:

I can log into the clients area, but I am not able to log into the cPanel. When I attempt to do so I get this error message:

Action Failed Unable to auto-login. Please contact support.

I would appreciate any help or insight.
