how to completely "disable" WHMCS 8.1 's client/user system?

Hi All

We did tick "Disable Client Area User Management"  under general setting , so now client is not able to invite any user

However,  WHMCS 's "profile" login email is still different from email address on "account details"

profile emali is used to log into clientarea.php and email address on account details is used to recieve inovic enotice

This caused huge confusions to clients and we found this increase our support load badly

how to make both email synced? so when clients need to "change email" they just change it at one place and all
