API to achieve signup outside WHMCS

Hello,

I want two  things to be done.

1) Allow client signup with minimal details like First Name, Email and Password (I want to do this outside of WHMCS.)
2) Stop client from placing order without completing his profile (Via hook)

Is there any script available or someone can please help me to achieve this?

Note: For 1st I will set fields to optional except Firstname, Email and Password. I also have Security Security added in WHMCS so it is required also(any way to skip it?).
 For 2nd, Values should be present in the text field which will be validated when order is placed like Phone number, address, Zip code, etc.
