customfields admin only in privision module not created until admin save

Hi,

I created a provision module and added in the corresponding product some custom fields for both admin and client and also only for the client.
When te client orders the product only the custom fields for the client are created. I have to manually save the product in the admin area and only then the admin fields are created.

Is there a way to create the admin fields (with empty values) as soon as the client fields are created too ?
Of course I can program that but it feels like a bug 😉
