It must be there when order was placed since this field is set to be mandatory. How can we find the code in WHMCS panel? tanchev Posted December 28, 2020 Share Posted December 28, 2020 Hi, When you go to your admin panel https://example.com/admin/orders.php and you see the order, when you click on the order ID to go into the order so u can manage it, you will see the transfer domain and under the domain if the user has entered EPP code u will see it. Be aware that by creating a domain extension you need to tick in the requirement of an EPP code when a transfer is made.
