error when create account

Hello All

 

i have set up a test order now when i login into admin i navigate to the test account then go to the products and service tab and select create i get a error

Server Command Error

1014 - Parser error: Request is invalid

 

i am running plesk

Hi

 

Check the clients profile for foreign characters such as accents. If that all appears ok then submit a ticket and we'll need to take a look and see on exactly what call the error is occurring.
