Cant transfer domain with DirectI

Customer puts in a transfer order and when I click on the accept order, and then transfer, I get the error:

 

An Error Occured

{country=Country Code should be a valid ISO two letter code like IN for India}

 

I checked the customer's profile and it is selected United States. Im not sure what's doing wrong here.

i am not sure but i guess it should be in the list of your reseller account waiting with the error , you can correct it there.

 

Still dont see anywhere to change it to 2 letters. My reseller profile through WHMCS's DirectI's reseller panel, the reseller profile and the customer information that I had to enter into WHMCS are both drop down boxes and both are set to United States.
