maritimesbob Posted December 28, 2007 Share Posted December 28, 2007 I was having a few issues with my current whmcs install, particularly problems where clients could not login, they were seeing blank pages. I figured maybe one or two files were corrupted so it was a good opportunity to upgrade. I ran the install/upgrade script which completed, however now I cannot login or access whmcs at all. Gav Posted December 28, 2007 Share Posted December 28, 2007 I had the same, I went to domain.com/install/install.php like it said to in the upgrade instructions and it only gave me an option to install and not upgrade. I backed up my database and went for it. That`s what happened, there was no upgrade option only "new installation" or something like that. My mistake because I continued to proceed and it ended up cleaning out my database!!! Gav Posted December 28, 2007 Share Posted December 28, 2007 I've restored my backup and changed tblconfiguration - Version to 5.2.1 But the system is not sending out emails.
