Sending Support ticket emails to specific users only using WHMCS support tickets

Hi,

Today one client (Company MD / Management) has created a ticket via email, they have total of 5 users for their company in WHMCS (FrontDesk  x 2 / HR x 1 / Accounts x 1 / Management x 1 )

In this email the client (Company MD / Management) didn't add any other user. Now as I replied back to his email from ticket area (WHMCS) I immediately received a call from him and he was annoyed to why I have replied to all five users. I was confused and on checking the email I saw that yes all five users received it...confirmed.

How to create / send ticket replies which only specific emails id's will receive (specific users), I am confused and frustrated with this...
