TDub Posted December 27, 2007 Share Posted December 27, 2007 I've been seeing problems with domain registration where if a customer orders a domain registration and the payment fails for whatever reason, then the customer retries (perhaps correcting their CC details) they end up with two identical domain name registrations in WHMCS. One of them is active and was registered successfully and the other is incomplete. This is causing confusion for the customer. Is there a way to ensure this doesn't happen, and when it does what's the best way to remove the extra domain name in their client area? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
