theozsnowman Posted October 4, 2020 Share Posted October 4, 2020 Just upgraded from v7 to 8 and now we find that the email cron is not running and importing tickets the error is: /opt/cpanel/ea-php73/root/usr/bin/php -q /home/accounts/whmcs/crons/pop.php Whoops\Exception\ErrorException: Class 'PhpImap\Mailbox' not found in /home/accounts/public_html/vendor/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/WhmcsMailbox.php:0 #0 /home/accounts/public_html/vendor/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/Utility/Error/Run.php(0): WHMCS\Utility\Error\Run->handleError(1, 'Class 'PhpImap\\...', '/home/accounts/...', 0) #1 [internal function]: WHMCS\Utility\Error\Run->handleShutdown() #2 {main}[root@lunar ~]# Whoops\Exception\ErrorException: Class 'PhpImap\Mailbox'^C anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this as our helpdesk is down because of it currently and being Monday morning this isnt good... 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
