Cannot renew SpamExperts email services as "Domain already exists in SpamExperts system"

Hi There, 

We have placed 2 separate orders for 2 clients to have spamexperts. I think we may have used it before with them, but cancelled a long time ago (I have had no further invoices).

Both orders are giving: 

Cannot renew SpamExperts email services as "Domain already exists in SpamExperts system"

I have cancelled the newly placed orders and we get the automatic credit in Marketplace.

I recreate the order again and get the same error.... can you help please?

Is there some kind of spamexperts admin control panel we can see existing domains or something and remove them? I can't see them anywhere in whmcs or being billed for in marketplace as its a long time since we used marketplace and spamexperts.
