netnow Posted August 9, 2020 Share Posted August 9, 2020 When the Sync tool is activated, results show some WHM/Cpanel accounts that do not yet exist inside WHMCS. When you select one or more of these and click procede you are given the option to send email welcoming the clients to WHMCS . You are alos given the option to "Reset Service Account Password" .
