Exporting support ticket to external mailbox

Good day, 

I have successfully configured the email pipe. When clients log tickets directly from their mailboxes (gmail, etc.), I get it on both my mailbox and whmcs admin area.

QUESTION: Is it possible to also receive ticket copies directly to my mailbox when clients log them from their whmcs client area?  If so, how can I do that?
