railto Posted January 6, 2008 Share Posted January 6, 2008 yeah we are the same, i see it more deprimental to a business if you force people to create an account just to be able to make contact with you, by using the contact sales link and sending tickets to sales for non-registered ppl we have been able to remove all email addresses from our site which has cut down on the ammount of spam we receive. The way i see it, if you force a user to create an account before they can contact sales then they will not appreciate having to jump though un-necessary hoops to get something done 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
