SaaS Aplication / Subdomain for every customer

Hello guys, somebody know how can i create a subdomains for every customer register when sale a some product? is possible with whmcs?

I hace example a simple web app in php with mysql database

So i want know how can i reply for every customer register in "DEMO" get a user.myapp.com (my principal domain is myapp.com for example)
