Support Ticket emails not being sent.

Hello i am having an issue with WHMCS where support ticket emails are not being sent it is showing me an error in Activity log where it says this.

Admin Email Message Sending Failed - SMTP Error: The following recipients failed  Sender address rejected: not owned by user  (Subject: [Ticket ID: {$ticket_tid}] {$ticket_subject})

Neither the customer nor the support member gets emailed about the ticket notification
