IssacMM Posted June 21, 2020 Share Posted June 21, 2020 Hello i am having an issue with WHMCS where support ticket emails are not being sent it is showing me an error in Activity log where it says this.Admin Email Message Sending Failed - SMTP Error: The following recipients failed Sender address rejected: not owned by user (Subject: [Ticket ID: {$ticket_tid}] {$ticket_subject}) Neither the customer nor the support member gets emailed about the ticket notification 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
