I have successfully integrated whmcs with kayako and kayako have finally fixed the domain mismatch error When a customer logs in to whmcs and clicks on submit a ticket it shows the kayako support suite but doesnt show them logged in, but if they click it a second time it does finally log them in. Is this something I have done? Also just noticed that if further customer log in to kayako via whmcs it uses the login details of the first person that logged in 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bluque Posted December 24, 2007 Share Posted December 24, 2007 Hi, These errors you are receiving are nothing to do with WHMCS, but are being caused by the Kayako files since they are still in the CVS testing stage.
