Since it was my first time when I tried provisioning i didn't realize i had to add points and it didnt work. I added points, did it again and the 2nd time provisioned properly. However the first attempt is still listed under products / services. When i try to 'terminate' the addon it says 'Module Command Error You must provision this service before attempting to manage it'. pls advise what to do to remove this thanks 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
