Hi,

I'm having an issue with weebly on 1 particular account - when the user goes to publish their site using weebly, they receive the error:

"There was an error publishing your site. The publishing credentials are not valid. Please contact support."

I have tried the option "update FTP publishing credentials", however this has no effect on the error - can you help at all or point me in the right direction for support?
