We share some cPanel accounts with people who doesn't have to access the main WHMCS account which contains other cPanel accounts. But if a user access a cPanel account from cpanel.someuser.com, for example, it can, without being prompted for a password access the main WHMCS account by clicking for example to "Manage Billing Information".
