Server status problem.

I have a problem with my server status. I uploaded the folder to my webspace, and pointed WHMCS to it in the configeration (http://www.digitaldx.com/clients/status/) but for some reason it doesnt show any information when I login to WHMCS admin area. But when I click on "check network status" in WHMCS and it will come up as:

 

DigitalDX.com Server | Offline | 0.00 | 1 Days 06:48:25 0%

 

I dont think this is correct because HTTP is online. And I'm not sure if the other figures are correct either. Shouldn't this be veiwable right away when I login to WHMCS?

 

Also when I go to the client area and check server status it appears everything is in red and not working.

What could cause this problem and how do I fix it?

When entering the url in the server profile have you entered the trailing slash '/ '

not this http://www.digitaldx.com/clients/status but this http://www.digitaldx.com/clients/status/
