Hi, im unable to say if this a bug specific in this version or is coming from previous versions as i have enabled this option recently.

Just based in the alert message at https://docs.whmcs.com/Client_Email_Verification

Supposed enabling it shouldn't send the verification email message to existing clients. I just enabled it and the system start sending the verification email message to many of my old users (they haven't changed the email address).
