Ultime Hosting Posted April 30, 2020 Share Posted April 30, 2020 Hello, We're a company located outside EU, we enabled the Customer Tax IDs/VAT Numbers in order to get VAT numebr from our customer to comply with local finance law (display customer tax id on invoices) but the issue is whenever I enable the option, after a while WHMCS disable it automatically, and I had to renable it every once and then.
