carlos_tlewis Posted April 16, 2020 Share Posted April 16, 2020 Hello, We have a reseller that has unlimited disk space, on WHM it shows unlimited but on WHMCS it shows 5000mb. After doing some testing etc. We found this reseller has a sub account that has a limit of 5000mb in WHM. If we change the sub account to unlimited in WHM then go back to WHMCS and update the disk report it shows unlimited. So why is WHMCS saying the reseller is limited to 5000mb?
