Domain only orders error

i have ID Protection enabled for .com domains.

 

in the order process if the customer orders only a domain name, he is presented the ID protection option, and the nameservers fields.

 

if i remove the ID protection option, in the order process the customer doesn't have the option to set the nameservers anymore...

 

basicly, the customer doesn't have the option to fill in the nameservers if he only orders a domain name.

 

can anyone help me please?
