error on cronjob

hello
when i running cron command on linux i give this below error:
ERROR : Problem in select VPSID from DB

and in one of my plugin i give this error:
Connection error: could not load PEM client certificate, OpenSSL error error:140AB18E:SSL routines:SSL_CTX_use_certificate:ca md too weak, (no key found, wrong pass phrase, or wrong file format?)

please help me to solve this
