123host
In an effort to beef up security I would like to receive all the usual notification for support tickets (opened, answered) but I don't want any of the customer content to be sent via email. Is that possible?
GoZen
You could edit the Notifications email template I guess.

All admin messages stay together in the same place. Otherwise, recovering the wrong template for a user, it may happen that you send to a user the message reserved to an admin... And this is no good. 😉
