Need help - Old Invoice amounts are getting executed without being checked for new rates

 

I have a domain sold at x price in year 2012 and i upgraded rates to y in 2018 and if the user is paying for his x price invoice which was auto generated on 2012 then the domain is getting processed,  can any one help me a fix for this.
