WHMCS not saving Nameservers

I'm using the 'Email Notifications' function as my registrar and after entering 2 nameservers and saving it, the fields are left blank.

Any idea why this might happen? I am aware this function doesn't communicate with the registrar whatsoever but I am trying to enter values in these 2 NS fields just for our own records.
