Hi!

It sounds like you may have a problem with spam submissions on your registration/order forms.

To resolve this, I highly recommend implementing Google reCaptcha in to all of your forms. At least if the user is not logged in.

Google reCaptcha is a great tool which will help block most, if not all automated submissions on your forms.
